Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased two containers of guacamole, and one of them was spoiled. I discovered this while serving it during a gathering with guests, who also noticed that the product was not in good condition. I had to throw it away. The following day, I brought the second container back to the store to file a complaint. I requested to speak with the manager, but he never came out to assist me. I was told that he was busy, and I replied that I was willing to wait. The employee assisting me, Lizeth, took the guacamole and my receipt and stated that the manager said the product was fine because of its color. I explained that the issue was not the color and even suggested that they taste it themselves to confirm that it was sour and spoiled. Instead of taking my concern seriously, my complaint was questioned. I had no reason to come to the store and make a complaint if the product had been in good condition. Lizeth informed me that they would only refund one product and asked whether I had my card with me. I told her that the customer service was very poor because she was responding in a rude manner and questioning my legitima

I went to buy today and I had a very bad experience with the manager in charge. I asked his name and he said Alan Garcia. He was so rude and disrespectful only because I went back to check my shopping after I paid because I saw my receipt with a high price. The cashier made a mistake and she charged me for a extra pack of fish. I bought only 2 packs and she put one more instead of charging that one to my father because he was with me shopping another packs of it. He was soooo rude that started to argue and yelling at me with a very bad attitude. So finally he said that he refunded the money for the one I didn't buy but I am still not seeing back to my bank account. I told him that I was going to report him and he said that he doesn't care. Please whoever is the owner of that supermarket pay attention to the manner of how he treats the costumers and also put more efficient cashiers. I will be checking if he really did the refund or not. Definitely I will not go back there. You lost 2 very value costumers: My father and myself

This food market consistently impresses with its wide selection and fully stocked shelves. Shopping here with my wife is always an enjoyable experience. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the prices are fair, and the store is kept exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend this market to anyone looking for quality products and a reliable, well-stocked shopping experience. John G. Fair Lawn

This store offers a good variety of products, especially Latin foods. The fish section is fresh but a bit on the pricey side. They have a solid selection of shrimp, both frozen and fresh, which is great for shrimp lovers. Overall, it’s comparable to any other decent supermarket.

Please do not be fooled thinking this is affordable prices. This is actually price gouging in a food desert. Five dollars for a pound of strawberries insane. 3.99 a pound of watermelon is inflation. Not only that, but the customer service is very bad. Most of the cashiers will give you a stink eye and stare you pack your own stuff while they stand there ideally. Bunch of old miserable women at the cashiers who don’t greet you back when you have manners. Perhaps because there is no tip jar for them. The manager should hold them accountable or get nicer staff
